PURCHASING AND PLANNING YOUR BEVERAGE NEEDS

It can become overwhelming when considering how to plan for and purchase all of the beverage needs for your event. By simply sharing with us the number of guests you’re expecting and your specific vision for your wedding bar, we can prepare estimates that will instruct you on how to best serve your guests. The planning of your event will entail purchasing beer, wine, liquor, ice, garnishes, mixers, soft drinks, and more. Our goal is to make sure that you don’t overspend on any of these things and we strive to accomplish this by providing a thorough consultation with any follow-ups necessary at no further cost to you.

SETTING UP ON THE BIG DAY

If you’re going to purchase everything you need to supply your event, who is going to pick it up and set it up on the big day? We are! On the day of your event, we are happy to pick up and deliver any pre-ordered alcohol to your venue. Our team will arrive two hours before service to ensure that all beer, wine, and mixers are chilled and ready to serve. Big Sky Mobile Bartending will collaborate with you to provide a seamless set-up with all beverages beautifully presented and prepared upon your guest’s arrival.

Equipment

Included in our service is access to all of our equipment. This includes four 150 qt. coolers, several large beverage dispensers, and all basic barware needed to craft elevated signature cocktails. A complete list is available upon further inquiry.

BEER, WINE, COCKTAILS……

Big Sky Mobile Bartending will provide you with specific recommendations that will best fit your party’s needs as well as highlight the Montana experience. This includes a breakdown of all the most popular local breweries and distilleries and their highest-selling products. We pride ourselves on giving our clients fresh, curated cocktails. We accomplish this goal by offering hand-made simple syrups concocted from such local delicacies as wild huckleberries and/or Flathead Valley cherries. We are also happy to provide cost estimates on domestic and custom out-of-state selections.

CLEANING UP AND BREAKING DOWN

If we set it up we can most certainly break it down. This means you have nothing to worry about when it comes to the end of the night. We pack up all leftover beverages and communicate with the wedding party to make sure everything gets where it needs to be.
